The challenge

The situation.

Texas Vein Experts is a medical clinic focused on varicose vein treatment, an elective procedure that patients research for weeks before they book. The clinic wanted more patient inquiries and had the usual problem of a specialist practice: plenty of people searching, very few of them landing on a page that made it easy to ask for an appointment.

What we did

The approach.

BusySeed ran Google Ads and a Facebook lead campaign in parallel, both pointed at a single appointment inquiry form rather than the homepage. Search captured people actively looking for treatment; Facebook reached people in the right demographic who had not yet started looking, with creative built around what the treatment resolves.
