BusySeed (“BusySeed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. BusySeed is a Rhode Island corporation, and the Site is operated from the United States. By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to this Policy.
When you complete a form, request a consultation, book a call, apply for our scholarship, use one of our tools, subscribe, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to submit — such as your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, website, and any message or details you include.
When you use the Site, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site, through cookies and similar technologies.
We may receive information about you from analytics and advertising partners and from publicly available sources, which we may combine with information we already hold.
By submitting your information through any form or feature on the Site, or by otherwise providing your contact details to us, you expressly consent to be contacted by BusySeed and its affiliated brands, and you grant BusySeed the right to retain and use the information you submit, including for marketing purposes. This consent covers contact by telephone call, SMS/text message, email, and other electronic means, at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, including through automatic telephone dialing systems and artificial, prerecorded, or automated messages.
Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link included in each email.
