Palisade Fence is a fence construction company that has worked with BusySeed since the end of 2019. By 2023 the business was healthy, with $536,999 in revenue for the first half of the year, but the owners could not answer the question every contractor eventually asks: which marketing dollars are producing the jobs?
Leads arrived from several channels, the sales pipeline lived in people's heads, and the cost per lead on Google sat well above where a fence company needs it. Growth was real but it was not measurable, and an unmeasured channel cannot be scaled with confidence.

The year was built on Google Search and Google Local Services ads for high intent searches, Meta campaigns for reach and retargeting, and landing pages tuned to each service line. Every lead was pushed into Pipedrive, so for the first time a closed job could be traced back to the ad that produced it.
SEO work ran in parallel to lift the organic share of leads, and organic social kept the brand in front of past customers, which is where the 307% jump in Facebook interactions came from. Budget moved week by week toward whatever was converting.
