Bondi Joe Grew Sales 55% Through Black Friday Without Discounting

55%
sales growth in a single month
The challenge

The situation.

November is the most important month of the year for ecommerce, and more so in fashion and seasonal categories like swimwear. Bondi Joe needed to take everything Click Frenzy and Black Friday had to offer without overspending or discounting blindly. The hard part was scaling paid media profitably while keeping the messaging consistent with a premium brand position. Every dollar had to convert.

What we did

The approach.

We built a focused November plan around the Click Frenzy and Black Friday windows. Messaging balanced urgency against brand equity, deliberately avoiding heavy discount dependence, because the easy version of this campaign trains customers to wait for the next sale. We segmented audiences into warm, retargeting and high-intent cold traffic so budget scaled where it could, and tested creative and offer variations quickly inside the high-traffic window.
