Araceli Beauty is a direct to consumer beauty brand. Before BusySeed its advertising lived entirely on Facebook and Instagram, and the economics had stalled: $84.48 to win a purchase and $8.08 for every add to cart. Sales came, but each one cost more than the product margin could comfortably carry, and there was no other channel to test against.

We opened four new channels inside two months: Google Shopping and Search, Pinterest, TikTok and Amazon Ads, each with its own creative and budget, and compared them monthly on return on ad spend rather than clicks. Meta was kept but reworked into retargeting, which the review identified as its only well performing role. Budget followed the returns.
