The challenge

The situation.

Wildhearted is a life coaching practice that runs spiritual retreats for women, trips priced at $4,000 and up. In May 2018 the Facebook page had 352 followers, which is not an audience you can fill a retreat from. The coach needed a way to find women interested in the retreats and to collect their contact information before the trips were announced.

What we did

The approach.

BusySeed grew the page first so the retreat announcements would land on a real audience, then ran lead campaigns that asked for an email in exchange for retreat details, with a newsletter list built alongside to keep the interest warm between trips.
